The modal verbs must/mustn't can be practiced by making and drawing school rules/rules in your classroom/room etc.
And for should/shouldn't try a role-play.One student in my class was doctor Oz and was giving advice to students' problems.Ss wrote their problems on a piece of paper,and the doctor picked a paper and gave a proper advice.
